HOUSEHOLD: 8 Items Total

Household will be accepted on Wed Jun 4, Sat Jun 7, Wed Jun 11, Sat Jun 14, Wed Jun 18, Sat Jun 21

Our customers are looking for beautiful barware -- including branded glassware like Waterford, Villeroy & Boch, Rosenthal, Baccarat & more. Elegant decanters and stylish cocktail essentials are key for summer fun. Our complete china sets, brass decor pieces and serving dishes are selling fast, so we welcome more of these, too!

• We are not accepting any plastic items, including cake pans, service pieces, or storage containers.
• Each tub requires a separate contract. 
• Large items that do not fit in tubs require a separate contract
• All items should have the account number discretely attached (preferably on the bottom)

CLOTHING: 5 Items TOTAL including clothing and/or hat, belt and/or purse. This means 5 items total~! You can mix and match.

Please note: Accessories are included in the 5 items.

When consigning summer fashions, customers typically look for pieces that are lightweight, breathable, stylish, and seasonally appropriate. Linens, cotton, rayon, tencel & chambray (great alternative to denim). Trending for Summer 2025 are "Coastal Cowboy"; "Boho Revival" and "Sport Lux" with sheer layers, sustainable fashion and minimalist tailoring. Bring it On!

• ONLY ONE Pair of Women's Pants per consignment
• Men’s shirts cleaned and pressed accepted only on Sat Jun 7 (no men's pants, coats or suits please)
• No longer accepting Old Navy, Costco and Walmart brands
• Please change to "Guild Shop Hangers" when you arrive
• All items should have account numbers discreetly attached/taped in lining near the inside label - but not covering the label

PURSE/HAT/BELT: Purse/Hat/Belt are counted in your 5 clothing/accessory total items, but each need a different contract on Sat Jun 7 & Wed Jun 18

• ONE pair of Summer Shoes -- Sandals, Espadrilles, leather slides and woven flats are some suggestions -- just ensure they are in GREAT condition.
• ONE Hat -- Wide brim, trendy
• ONE Belt -- light colors and in great condition

HIGH END DESIGNER CLOTHING and ACCESSORIES:

Tues/Thur 9:30am-12:00 pm in-store with separate contract; ask for Vera/Lisa

This is our fastest growing department and we need your designer items! Our racks and cases are full of incredible merchandise that is walking the runways and styling some of Houston's best fashionistas!

• Clothing must be in-season or appropriately vintage
• Maximum 2 purses and 2 pairs of shoes
• Please make an appointment for additional pairs of shoes and purses
• Designer sunglasses such as Prada, Gucci, and Chanel accepted. 

Designer Brands include couture brands such as: Prada, Channel, Gucci, LV, Balenciaga, Hermes, Burberry, Fendi, St. John, Valentino, Dior, Gaultier, Ferragamo, Dolce & Gabbana, YSL etc.

JEWELRY: 10 Items Total

Mon Jun 23 from 9:30am - 11:30am

Top Jewelry Trends for Summer 2025 are Bold Statement Pieces, Mixed Metal Combinations, Nature-Inspired Designs and Oversized Earrings. And as always classic gold and silver pieces.

In June, we will not accept any bracelets unless they are fine jewelry (gold/silver/platinum).

A reminder on how to deliver jewelry -- we appreciate your efforts in simplifying this process, so we can get it out into the display cases as quickly as possible!

• Place jewelry and the folded contract inside a gallon sized zip lock bag, no tags, tape, stickers or wrappings
• Please write your account number only on the baggie, not on each piece.
• Jewelry drop off is indoors at the jewelry office door
• No tortoise or ivory!
• The Jewelry department will no longer accept sunglasses. Designer sunglasses will now be accepted through our Designer Clothing department. 

ART

The Art Department will be accepting Art on Sat Jun 21

• One piece (36x36 or smaller) per consignment, unless it is a pair or grouping. Please consult with our Art Department manager ahead of this consignment date if you would like to bring in something larger
• Please also know that we do take mixed media and decorative art pieces. However, if they are large, please email art@theguildshop.org to inquire if we have the space to properly display.

FURNITURE & RUGS

Garden Party Anyone? Do you have some great garden furniture and decorations. Let us know as we would like to fill out space with some classic and eye-catching outdoor pieces!

We work magic to make our furniture department full of beautiful high end, decorative and fantastic finds for our customers. Because of the size of pieces coming in and the floor space in our shop, we have to have a separate process for accepting furniture and rugs.

Please upload photos and dimensions to https://theguildshop.org/pages/consignment-furniture-and-rugs. We will then get back with you and set-up an appointment to discuss. Furniture & Rugs, either donated or consigned, are accepted by appointment only, so we can best serve you and create a win-win sale.

ESTATES

Important Consignment & Shop Details:

Consignors, please be aware that if a Department Manager evaluates your items and the item does not meet what the Manager feels is our minimum pricing, the item will be sent to a charity.

• Household Minimum $7.50
• Clothing Minimum $9.00
• Art Minimum $ 30.00
• Jewelry Minimum $6.00

CONSIGNMENT CHECK PICKUP: We are asking that you provide us with a photo identification. Checks are available in-store after the 15th of the month.

REMEMBER TO ALWAYS CHECK THE GENERAL No Take List ON THE WEBSITE!

***Please remember to include your account number on each of your items -- best way is with a small piece of painters tape or sticky label that won't damage your piece with discreet placement. Example: Bottom of dish, next to label of clothing etc. If you have questions, please ask us during consignment days***

WISH LIST: We need paper grocery & paper shopping bags with handles and medium size boxes (file size boxes are best)! Please drop them off when you visit.
