**A special note about consignments**:

If you are consigning in November for Household Items, please bring your items in a cardboard box that we can keep to store those items. We are low on plastic bins and we appreciate your efforts to make this happen.

Please pay special attention to items that you want to consign. We want a win-win. We request your best! Items that don't meet the below criteria, will be donated to our mission.

Please bring items that:

  1. Are worth at least $7.50 (household); $9.00 (clothing); $30 (art); $6.00 (jewelry)

  2. If you are bringing Holiday items in the next few weeks, it would be extra helpful if you could create two contracts -- one with your Holiday Items and one with your regular items. 

  3. Help us create value -- for instance if you have a set of beautiful ornaments that don't have packaging, wrap them in a cellophane bag with a ribbon and we will sell the set. Most ornaments on their own, won't sell for $7.50. Group items together in a thoughtful manner, if you don't think they are "stand-alone" items. NO Ziplock bags of "after-thoughts" and small pieces (unless it is part of a fabulous collection).

  4. Present well on our floor -- this means they cannot arrive in plastic grocery bags and then need to be rearranged in order to sell;

  5. Do not have price tags from shops like Hobby Lobby, Walmart, Target, Goodwill, Salvation Army on the bottom -- please remove ahead of time

  6. Clothing items should be clean, pressed, not missing buttons & no stains (including little ones).

  7. Are in working order.  If something is "retro" or "vintage", please make sure that it works, the packaging is intact and all the parts are included.

Household will be accepted on Sat, Nov 2, Wed, Nov 6, Sat, Nov 9, Wed, Nov 13,  Sat, Nov 16 and Wed, Nov 20

**Our last Thanksgiving Take-In will be Sat, Nov 13

  • HO! HO! HO! CHEERS! We are accepting CHRISTMAS & THANKSGIVING.

  • No floor Christmas trees, stands or lights.

  • No knick knacks! (shelf decor with low value)

CLOTHING: 5 Items in total incl. clothing, hats, shoes, belts & purses

Clothing will be accepted on Wed, Nov 6 & Sat, Nov 23

Reminders:

  • 1 Pair of Women's Pants ONLY -- No Skinny Jeans

  • 1 Winter Coat per take-in

  • UGLY Holiday/Christmas Sweaters accepted

  • Men’s shirts-cleaned and pressed accepted only on Wed, Nov 6 (no men's pants, coats or suits please!)

PURSES AND SHOES: (Purses & Shoes are counted in your 5 item total items, but need different contract on Wed, Nov 6 & Sat, Nov 23)

  • Fall transitional footwear -- Loafers, closed-toe, clogs, Mary Janes, ballet flats, cap toe flats etc. 

  • Suede & winter styles, ankle and fashion boots – through November only 

FURS: Please bring in furs (up to 2) on Tues/Thur 9:30am - 1:00pm in October and November. Bring directly into the shop consignment area (similar to our Designer Process). Please ensure they are in great condition. We will not accept furs that are ripped or dry. See above dates for reFURbish event.

HIGH END DESIGNER CLOTHING and ACCESSORIES:

  • Please bring in Tues/Thur 9:30am - 1:00 pm in-store with separate contract and ask for Vera/Lisa

Designer Brands include couture brands such as Prada, Channel, Gucci, LV, Balenciaga, Hermes, Burberry, Fendi, St. John, Valentino, Dior, Gaultier, Ferragamo, Dolce & Gabbana, YSL etc.,

JEWELRY

Nov 25 - 10 Regular + 10 Rodeo themed (please place in two different bags with different contracts

  • Place jewelry and the folded contract inside a gallon sized zip lock bag, no tags, tape, stickers or numbers on individual pieces please!

  • Jewelry drop off is indoors at the jewelry office door

ART

The Art Department will be accepting Art on Wed, Nov 20

FURNITURE & RUGS

We work magic to make our furniture department full of beautiful high end, decorative and fantastic finds for our customers. Because of the size of pieces coming in and the floor space in our shop, we have to have a separate process for accepting furniture and rugs.

Please upload photos and dimensions to https://theguildshop.org/pages/consignment-furniture-and-rugs. We will then get back with you and set-up an appointment to discuss. Furniture & Rugs, either donated and consigned, are accepted by appointment only, so we can best serve you and create a win-win sale.

ESTATES

Accepted after Nov 21, by appointment only. Contact Regina at furniture@theguildshop.org to discuss and schedule an appointment.

CONSIGNMENT CHECK PICKUP: We are asking that you provide us with a photo identification. Checks are available in-store after the 15th of the month.

REMEMBER TO ALWAYS CHECK THE GENERAL No Take List ON THE WEBSITE!

***Please remember to include your account number on each of your items -- best way is with a small piece of painters tape or sticky label that won't damage your piece with discreet placement. Example: Bottom of dish, next to label of clothing etc. If you have questions, please ask us during consignment days***
