Household Take-Ins

Household consignments will be accepted on Wed Jan 7, Sat Jan 10, Wed Jan 14, Sat Jan 17 and Wed Jan 21.

We look forward to continuing the momentum in Household sales. We ask that you bring us your BEST and sort it before you get here. Ensure your items have your account number on them, contracts are filled out properly with the number of pieces in a set & items are not broken.

  • Each tub requires a separate contract.
  • Large items that do not fit in tubs require a separate contract.
  • All items should have the account number discreetly attached (preferably on the bottom).

Clothing Take-Ins

Clothing will have a Rodeo ONLY Clothing Take-In on Sat Jan 10 and a Regular Winter Clothing take in on Wed Jan 21 – 5 pieces per customer (clothing, hats, shoes, purses included in total 5-count).

Our Sequins & Saddles Rodeo Event will take place on Tuesday, February 10th from 5pm - 7 pm.

  • Bring us your BEST Western apparel – Rodeo Ready!  Embroidered, Embellished, Western-elegant & chic, Heritage-style with pearl snaps, plaid, denim, chambray and fringe.  
  • One pair of Boots and Jeans & one Hat per customer

Our regular clothing take-in on Wed Jan 21 can include winter weight clothing and 1 coat.  We are no longer taking furs.

  • 1 Winter Coat per take-in
  • Men’s shirts-cleaned and pressed accepted only on Wed Jan 21 (no men's pants, coats or suits please!)
  • Accepting clean and pressed current styles
  • No longer accepting Shein, Old Navy, Costco and Walmart brands.

Jewelry Take-In  

In 2026, TUESDAY will be our new day for take-in (formerly Monday).

Tue Jan 13 will be 10 items of regular and/or RODEO inspired jewelry. If you do bring Rodeo jewelry in your 10 items, please bag it separately.

We need your beautiful Southwest or Southwest-inspired jewelry for our Rodeo event!

New Policies:  We are taking jewelry that is deemed to have a minimum value of $9.00. If, in our discretion it cannot meet that value, it will be considered a donation and placed in our tub-o-jewelry containers for sale.

Also, we accept 10 items or less; if you place more than 10 items in your bag, the overage will be considered a donation. We reserve the right to make the decision as to what is consignment and what is donated.

We do not accept ankle bracelets and toe rings and will donate these items.

  • Place jewelry and the folded contract inside a gallon sized zip lock bag, no tags, tape, stickers or numbers on individual pieces please!
  • Jewelry drop off is indoors at the jewelry office door
  • No tortoise or ivory!
  • The Jewelry department will no longer accept sunglasses. Designer sunglasses will now be accepted through our Designer Clothing department. 

ART TAKE-IN - Wed Jan 14

The Art Department will be accepting Art on Wed Jan 14

  • One piece (36x36 or smaller) per consignment, unless it is a pair or grouping. Please consult with our Art Department manager ahead of this consignment date if you would like to bring in something larger
  • Please ensure there is a way to hang your piece (i.e. attached wire) so we can properly display your pieces -- we will not be taking "hooks" as we are not able to display these properly.
  • Please also know that we do take mixed media and decorative art pieces. However, if they are large, please email art@theguildshop.org to inquire if we have the space to properly display. 

FURNITURE & RUGS

We do not accept furniture/rugs without an appointment. Please upload your furniture/rug photos and dimensions to https://theguildshop.org/pages/consignment-furniture-and-rugs. We will then get back with you and set-up an appointment to discuss.

  • NO Suitcases or Trunks

ESTATES

Accepted after Jan 21, by appointment only. Contact Regina at furniture@theguildshop.org to discuss and schedule an appointment.

CONSIGNMENT CHECK PICKUP: We are asking that you provide us with a photo identification. If you are picking up a check for another person, even a family member, you will need to complete a notarized form before being able to collect the check. Checks are available in-store after the 15th of the month and if not picked up in the shop, will be mailed at the end of the month.
