MARCH CONSIGNMENT 

🏡 Household - Wed., Mar. 4, Sat. Mar. 7, Wed., Mar. 11, Sat., Mar. 14, Wed., Mar. 18, Sat, Mar. 21

We look forward to continuing the momentum in Household sales! We invite full sets of china and fine crystal as they are selling very well!

  • 8 items per consignment date — a set of dishes or glasses that match is considered one set
  • Please bring your best items, sort ahead of time, and ensure each item has your account number attached with tape or sticker
  • Ensure your contract is complete with as much detail as possible — the more details, the better!

We especially welcome:

  • 🐰 Easter Items accepted included with 8 total items on Mar 4, 7, 11 & 14
  • Fine china and fine crystal
  • Sets must be complete: 4, 6, 8, or 12 pieces, unless antique (originally produced as a set of 5)
  • NEW only pots and pans
  • ❌ No chandeliers in March and April
  • ❌ No pewter or wooden objects
  • ❌ We do not accept singles, 2s or 3s of glassware unless it is a known pattern
  • ❌ No single plates unless they are decorative

Consignment rules:

  • ALL items must be clean otherwise they will not be placed on the floor and will be donated 
  • Each tub or box requires a separate contract – the more detail the better
  • Large items that do not fit in tubs require a separate contract
  • All items must have the account number discreetly attached, preferably on the bottom

👗 Clothing & Accessories - TUESDAY, March 17 & SATURDAY, March 28

Total items allowed: 5 per consignment date

Early Spring -- Cotton + Linens, Florals, Preppy, Light Layers

Consignment clothing and accessories are a top-performing category, particularly unique and amazing pieces that truly shine, so bring us your best! Dresses, purses and belts are in demand this consignment. All items must have the account number discreetly attached, preferably near the brand name tag.

Rules & Guidelines:

  • ❌ No coats or jacket
  • ❌ No skinny pants, shorts, or leggings
  • ❌ No clothing from Old Navy, SHEIN, Walmart, or Target
  • ONLY one pair of pants per consignment take-in
  • Men’s shirts must be cleaned and pressed, accepted on Tue, Mar 17 only (no men’s pants, coats, or suits)
  • Clothing must be clean, free of spots/stains; zippers must work and buttons intact -- if not these items will be donated
  • High-end designer clothing requires a separate contract (see Designer Section for approved brands)

Accessories:  Shoes, purses, belts, and hats count toward your 5 total items, but require a separate contract from clothing

  • ❌ No Boots or Athletic Shoes
  • Shoes must be pristine — no peeling, heels intact, no scuff marks

👜 Designer Clothing/Accessories  - Tue/Thu from 9:30 - 12:00 only.

Please ask for Vera upon arrival. Our design team will assess your items and determine if they are a good fit for our designer rack. Each visit is limited to the following items:

  • Up to 8 pieces of designer clothing
  • 2 pairs of designer shoes
  • Up to 4 handbags, purses, or totes
  • 1 pair of designer sunglasses

“Designer” includes Haute Couture and luxury brands such as Chanel, Hermès, Gucci, Saint Laurent, Prada, Miu Miu, Valentino, Louis Vuitton, Alexander McQueen, Halston (vintage), Tod’s, Jimmy Choo, Elie Saab, and similar brands.

💍 Jewelry  - Tue, Mar . 24 

Total items allowed: 10

Guidelines:

  • Piece must have value of at least $9
  • More than 10 pieces will not be accepted; anything over that amount will be considered a donation at our discretion.
  • Use gallon-size zip lock bag with folded contract
  • ❌ No tags, tape, stickers, or wrappings
  • Account number on the bag only
  • Drop-off indoors at jewelry office
  • ❌ No tortoise or ivory
  • Designer sunglasses now go through Designer Clothing

🎨 Art  - Wed, Mar 18

  • One piece per consignment (36"x36" or smaller), unless a pair/grouping
  • MUST have wire hanger otherwise we cannot accept – no claw hooks
  • Larger/mixed media/decorative art: email art@theguildshop.org

  • Art minimum pricing: $30

We need paper grocery & shopping bags with handles and medium-sized boxes (file-size works best). Drop them off when you visit!
