With the New Year, we would like to remind our consignors of a few items that we will continue to monitor moving forward.

  • Please ensure that you read The Guild Shop Terms & Conditions and sign your contract. This must be done with each consignment and unsigned documentation will lead to delay in getting your items out on our shop floor.
  • Items that are damaged, broken, stained, rusted, not clean will either be donated to another charity or disposed of at the discretion of our team. Please edit your items before bringing them to consign.
  • Only one account can be opened per individual with a maximum of two accounts per household.
  • Sequins & Saddles, Tuesday, February 11th from 5 pm - 7 pm, featuring our best RODEO fashion, jewelry and decor.

HOUSEHOLD: 8 Items Total

Household will be accepted on Wed Jan 8, Sat Jan 11, Wed Jan 15, Sat Jan 18 

  • VALENTINE'S DAY decor will be taken Wed Jan 8, Sat Jan 11 & Wed Jan 15 and included in your total of 8 consigned items
  • No Lamps of any sort in January
  • Mirrors will only be taken on Sat Jan 11 this month
  • Each tub requires a separate contract. 
  • Large items that do not fit in tubs require a separate contract
  • All items should have the account number discretely attached (preferably on the bottom)

CLOTHING: 5 Items in total incl. clothing, hats, shoes, belts & purses

BRING US YOUR BEST RODEO! Rodeo has continued to be a hot trending category and The Guild Shop is the place to go for great western fashions!  Please remember that your clothing consignments must be in-season and current styles!

Reminders:

  • 1 Pair of Women's Pants ONLY
  • Men’s shirts-cleaned and pressed accepted only on Sat Jan 11 (no men's pants, coats or suits please
  • No longer accepting Old Navy, Costco and Walmart brands
  • All items should have account numbers discreetly attached/taped in lining near the inside label - but not covering the label

PURSES AND SHOES: (Purses & Shoes are counted in your 5 item total items, but need different contract on Sat Jan 11 & Wed Jan 22)

  • No Winter Boots
  • 1 Pair of Cowboy Boots per consignment
  • Linings must be clean, free of stains and not peeling
  • Place stickers with consignment number on the bottom of shoes

FURS: No furs this month

HIGH END DESIGNER CLOTHING and ACCESSORIES:

Please note NEW hours -- Tues/Thur 9:30am-12:00 pm in-store with separate contract; ask for Vera/Lisa

  • Clothing must be in-season or appropriately vintage
  • Maximum 2 purses and 2 pairs of shoes
  • Please make an appointment for additional pairs of shoes and purses
  • Designer sunglasses such as Prada, Gucci, and Chanel accepted. 

Designer Brands include couture brands such as Prada, Channel, Gucci, LV, Balenciaga, Hermes, Burberry, Fendi, St. John, Valentino, Dior, Gaultier, Ferragamo, Dolce & Gabbana, YSL etc.,

JEWELRY= 10 items total

Mon Jan 20 from 9:30 - 11:30

Please note -- a reminder on how to deliver jewelry -- we appreciate your efforts in simplifying this process, so we can get it out into the display cases as quickly as possible!

  • Place jewelry and the folded contract inside a gallon sized zip lock bag, no tags, tape, stickers or wrappings
  • Please write your account number only on the baggie, not on each piece.
  • Jewelry drop off is indoors at the jewelry office door
  • No tortoise or ivory!
  • The Jewelry department will no longer accept sunglasses. Designer sunglasses will now be accepted through our Designer Clothing department. 

 ART

The Art Department will be accepting Art on Wed, Jan 15

  • One piece (36x36 or smaller) per consignment, unless it is a pair or grouping. Please consult with our Art Department manager ahead of this consignment date if you would like to bring in something larger
  • Please also know that we do take mixed media and decorative art pieces. However, if they are large, please email art@theguildshop.org to inquire if we have the space to properly display.

FURNITURE & RUGS

We work magic to make our furniture department full of beautiful high end, decorative and fantastic finds for our customers. Because of the size of pieces coming in and the floor space in our shop, we have to have a separate process for accepting furniture and rugs.

Please upload photos and dimensions to https://theguildshop.org/pages/consignment-furniture-and-rugs. We will then get back with you and set-up an appointment to discuss. Furniture & Rugs, either donated or consigned, are accepted by appointment only, so we can best serve you and create a win-win sale.

ESTATES
