CONSIGNMENT:

CONSIGNMENT CHECK PICKUP on the 15th of each month: Please provide us with a photo identification.

Please read and understand the Terms and Conditions that are listed on the back of our contracts. We are glad to answer any questions you may have.

HOUSEHOLD: 8 Items

 

May Highlights

• NO Pewter or Silver-Plated Items – examples include bowls, cups, tea-sets, serving pieces,

• NO Knick-Knacks/Tchotchkes/Figurines* We will continue to monitor and donate to mission any items that are considered knick knacks.

Consignment Day

• Each tub requires a separate contract

• Large items that do not fit in tubs require a separate contract

• All items should have the account number discreetly attached

• Please remember to check the NO TAKE LIST on the website

• We will accept figurines that have higher value like Hummel, Lladro, Wagner & Apel Porzellan, Waterford Wedgewood, Royal Doulton

CLOTHING: 5 Items in total (incl. hats, shoes, belts and purses)

5 Items TOTAL accepted (ex. 1 purse + 4 clothing items OR 1 purse + 1 pair of shoes + 3 clothing items OR 5 clothing items

• Only one pair of pants; No Skinny Jeans

HIGH END DESIGNER CLOTHING/PURSES/SHOES: 8 pieces total

Increased demand from our younger consumers of luxury, premium products is driving our sales for Designer goods. You loved them and so does a new generation of shoppers that want the unique pieces of last year and the yesteryear. Bring us your designer items and they will sell. We have seen a great uptick in designer names, sihouettes & fashion. We love designer! We hold your trust in your items that you bring us and look forward to meeting you and selling more.

Please make an appointment with our Designer Manager, Vera (713) 528-5095 x 930 to come in on a Tuesday/Thursday. This department will accept up to 8 pieces of clothing, 2 pair of shoes and 3 purses. Please create different contracts for clothing vs. shoes. See below for definition of "DESIGNER" as it is very specific.

• Designer items include Haute Couture Brands, for example Chanel, Valentino, Armani, Alice & Olivia, LV, Prada, Gucci etc., Vintage Halston, MuiMui, Dior, Balenciaga, Hermes, Alexander McQueen, Burberry, Chloe, St. Johns, Jimmy Choo, Ulla Johnsen, and others.

Items like Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Johnny Was, DKNY, and all those other brands that fashionistas also love, will be placed on our upscale rack, not designer and can be included in your 5 pieces of clothing intake on Wednesday/Saturday intake. 

• Designer sunglasses such as Prada, Gucci, and Chanel accepted. 

If you are coming on a Wednesday/Saturday clothing take-in and have one or two pieces max of designer, you can still bring, but ensure that it is on a different contract and point out that your items are designer, so we can place on a different rack.

JEWELRY: Accepting 10 Items

Please note that we will accept consignment on May 20^th (we are closed May 27^th)

ART: 

For the month of May, we will accept 1 item no larger than 30 x 30.  If you have something bigger, please call ahead of May 15^th to inquire (713-528-5095 x. 904) if we have room to exhibit your art properly.  Art pieces must have a value of at least $30.

ESTATES: Accepted after May 21, by appointment only. Please contact furniture@theguildshop.org to schedule an appointment.

FURNITURE: Accepted by appointment only. Please bring us your HIGH END DECORATIVE and DESIGNER furniture. Please upload photos and dimensions to theguildshop.org consignment/furniture submission page or send directly to: furniture@theguildshop.org
